a. Each shipment is insured to $100 physical loss or damage, representing our total liability. Additional insurance is available upon request at an additional fee of $5 per $1,000 value. However, under no circumstances will Dallas Courier Service be held responsible for loss of income or profit.
b. Dallas Courier Service will not be responsible for the damage of items not properly packaged or crated. The client will be informed prior to handling any items deemed by Dallas Courier Service to be improperly packaged or crated.
