This time last year, Dallas was covered in a thick sheet of ice. We were hosting the Super Bowl, and the weather couldn’t have been more insane. Who knew Dallas of all places would threaten the fun!?

On Sunday, the two biggest names in football right now are meeting on the field to battle it out for four nail-biting quarters. Yet another more important battle will be taking place simultaneously – the one over the dip, the ribs, the sliders, the fried pickles… THE FOOD!

• Brisket
• Macaroni & Cheese (homemade or purchased)
• Sour Dough Bread
• Grilled onions
• Cheddar cheese
• BBQ sauce

Those are the ingredients. You make them yours. Let the brisket cook all day until tender. Add BBQ sauce as needed to keep it moist. Be sure to grill the sourdough bread so that it is crispy. That crisp paired with the creamy mac and cheese is sure to thrill the taste buds
