Same Day Deliveries Dallas: Spring Musts

Is Texas playing tricks on me or is spring lasting way longer than it is supposed to? Texas has two seasons: hot and not as hot. After winter ends, we usually jump right back into the 100 plus degree temperatures. We don't often get the chance to relish cool, springtime weather.

On Demand Deliveries Dallas: A Library and Road Closures?

There aren't many times in history where a library can put a whole city on pause... unless that library is a Presidential library. When a Presidential libarary opens, it is a big deal - a really big deal. Presidential libraries are there to honor a President's legacy. Their main function is to preserve and make available the papers, records, collections and other historical materials from Presidents. The first Presidential library was built for Herbert Hoover. Every president since then has had a library built for him.

Courier Services Dallas: Legends Never Die

Remember kid, there's heroes and there's legends. Heroes get remembered but legends never die, follow your heart kid, and you'll never go wrong.

Man, I love that quote from the Sandlot. Do you know it? It's when Benny has a dream of Babe Ruth coming into his bedroom and telling him about how to be a legend. Benny then realizes he wants to be legendary in defeating the beast and getting the baseball with Babe Ruth's John Hancock on it out of the beast's yard. If it's been a while since you saw this movie, go rent it. Or better yet, go buy it. It's a classic.

Dallas Courier: A Golden Night

Around this time every year, I start regretting not seeing more movies. And then I remember that going to the movies is at least 30 bucks for just my husband and me! For some, you may be able to get away with only spending about $22, but I HAVE to have popcorn and a coke. So a night at the movies is a fancy treat at our house. But awards season always makes me wish every night was a movie night.

Food Couriers Dallas: Giving Back

We just finished up with Thanksgiving - a day filled with turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes, green beans and pumpkin pie. And we are coming up on Christmas which is filled with cookie exchanges, ham, potato casserole, cider, candy canes and gingerbread men. As you can see, our celebrations revolve around food. We eat, eat, eat and the sleep, sleep, sleep. Oh, and I forgot to mention that in between eating and more eating, we open gifts.
