Music's Biggest Night was last night, and I would officially be the most disliked person at our home office if I didn't write about it. Our home office and delivery team loves music. Sure, we all like different varieties, but all music lovers can appreciate music itself, just for being. As for me, I literally listen to it all. On Friday, I was in a Frank Ocean kind of mood. Today, my Pandora station is allowing me to enjoy the always fabulous George Winston. See, Monday is always a piano music kind of day. Friday is always a get ready for the weekend music kind of day. And the days in between usually are up to my mood. It may be oldies, spa music, rap - but you can rest assured that if you walk into this office, there will be music.
Around this time every year, I start regretting not seeing more movies. And then I remember that going to the movies is at least 30 bucks for just my husband and me! For some, you may be able to get away with only spending about $22, but I HAVE to have popcorn and a coke. So a night at the movies is a fancy treat at our house. But awards season always makes me wish every night was a movie night.
Actually, please don't ask your courier to smell their feet. I don't know quite why we added the "smell my feet" to the end of "trick or treat," but we have. And when I started to think about the smell my feet addition, I started to question the whole trick or treat part too. Why in the world to we dress up in costumes, knock on our neighbors' doors and expect candy. Weird tradition, if you ask me.
If you have ever read our blog, then you know that these types of questions are precisely the types of things I often write about. Just what do they have to do with courier services Dallas? Well, what don't they have to do with us? We are part of this community, in a big way. I wouldn't be surprised if someone wanted to dress up as one of our couriers Dallas. Okay, maybe that's stretching it a bit. But whenever a holiday rolls around, we write about it. Holidays are a fun time to celebrate random happenings, family and friends. And our blog is not only about updates in the courier world and updates about our company, it's about everyday life.
If you read my blog from last week, then you know that I spent some quality time in Philadelphia. The town inspired me to remember our country's roots. And you know, I have been. It was moving to be in the city where our forefathers walked, signed the Declaraion of Independence, and fought for our nation's rights.
From Philly, I hopped on over to New York City. I had a week of all things American - and it was a fabulous experience. While I have been to New Yrk a number of times, I had not had the opportunity to visit the statue of liberty. This time, I was bound and determined to see the green lady of liberty standing in the harbor.
I bet that I sound like a broken record from time to time on this blog. So forgive me if I seem to repeat myself. But, it must be said! Many people have no idea what courier services Dallas do. (There, I said it).
O beautiful for spacious skies,
For amber waves of grain,
We love America. We love law. We love justice. And we love deliveries. What does all that boil down to? Legal couriers in Dallas, Texas, U.S.A.!!
Yes, I am being ‘that’ person. Yes, I am aware that Halloween is a little less than two months away. Yes, I am still writing a blog about it.
Law - noun any written or positive rule or collection of rules prescribed under the authority of the state or nation, as by the people in its constitution.
