Tonight is officially the end of the 2014 holiday season. We have celebrated the most wonderful time of the year and we just recently celebrated the New Year. Now, we are all hopefully going to bed early and getting a good night's rest because tomorrow is the beginning of another new year of work. We hope you all had a holiday season!
If you’re a fan of college football, you know that big changes are slated to start in just a few weeks. I know what you’re thinking. It’s one of two things. One- you’ve already been to the Arboretum, and when you’ve seen one rosebush, you’ve seen them all. Or, two- you have no desire to see displays of flowers. I’m here to tell you, and my On Demand Dallas Delivery Service friends will back me up on this, you’re wrong. In both instances.
Veterans Day comes around just once a year. It’s a day when we honor our men and women, who served our military, both past and present. Veteran’s Day was created by President Woodrow Wilson back in 1919 to commemorate the end of WWI and to honor all those who dedicated their lives to serving our country. Keeping with tradition, this year on Tuesday, November 11th, our country will pay homage to our military members- which is great! Our Dallas On Demand Deliveries team loves and appreciates our men and women in uniform as much as the next red-blooded American. But we think it’s important to honor our veterans every day, not just once a year. That’s why our Dallas One Hour Delivery team has come up with five ways to continue to honor our military members when Veteran’s Day is over.

We all know the famous tale of Cinderella. The Fairy Godmother came and took a disheveled servant girl, turned her into a princess and magically made her a sweet ride out of a pumpkin. If you recall, at the stroke of midnight, her carriage turned back into its original form.
Oops. I missed it. October 5-11 was National Fire Prevention week. So what, I might be a little late. Timeliness may not one of my better qualities, but it is a requirement of our Four Hour Delivery Dallas drivers, who are consistently on time with your DFW deliveries. The good news is while I may have missed National Fire Prevention Week, but it’s never too late to talk about fire safety. In case of a disaster, you need to know how to protect your family. Here are some important things to note about fire safety:
As you know, in honor of Hispanic Heritage Month, our Hot Shot Delivery Dallas blogs have been dedicated to highlighting a few hot shots in American history. This week, the Dallas Hot Shot Courier team is honoring astronaut and scientist Dr. Ellen Ochoa.
