Dallas Courier, Food Transportation Couriers

Widespread panic. That’s the current state of the union. In fact, that’s the current state of the world. With over 120,000 infected persons worldwide, the World Health Organization has declared COVID-19 a pandemic

Our food transportation couriers are undeterred. We aren’t controlled by fear. But we certainly are doing our part in keeping North Texans safe and healthy amidst the panic. Dallas Courier is committed to providing quality transportation services to our customers, no matter the circumstances.

We're here for you, North Texas. Here's how.

COVID-19 in North Texas

At the time of this publication, there are three cases of presumed COVID-19 here in North Texas. Undoubtedly, that number will grow. Texas is set to receive funding to battle the virus, and, as always, we’re optimistic that this can be contained. As a precaution, many events involving large gatherings of people have been postponed or cancelled. This includes the NBA season, the Texas Rangers’ season opener,  numerous local music events, and even SXSW, one of the largest film and media festivals in the nation.

CDC Standards Apply to All

The Centers for Disease Control has provided documents containing preventative measures for the COVID-19 virus. These include:

  • Avoiding shaking hands
  • Washing hands multiple times a day for at least 20 seconds
  • Avoiding touching your face
  • Covering your mouth while coughing or sneezing
  • Staying home if you have a fever or other symptoms

Our team members have been informed of these measures, and are following them closely, as to keep our customers safe and our entire team safe.

Dallas Courier is Committed to Protecting You

You’re not just our customers, you’re our family. That means we’ll do everything in our power to ensure a safe delivery process from start to finish. How is Dallas Courier protecting your items, your customers, and you? We’ll explain

Your Products are Handled by Trained Professionals

Our couriers are certified and trained in the areas of OSHA, HIPAA, HazMat, and other governing bodies to ensure expert knowledge in safe transportation practices. Recently, we’ve passed along further information from the CDC regarding best practices for sanitary measures, including proper hand washing and contact with customers and cargo.

State of the art technology, maintained vehicles, best practices, and federal guidelines allow for our team to move your items with confidence and care.

Our Cleaning is Handled by Experts

When it comes to T&L, we’re the experts, but we know to stay in our lane. We aren’t experts at deep sanitization. That’s why we leave our deep cleaning to an expert cleaning crew.

Our professional industrial cleaning partner comes in and regularly ensures all trucks and vans are sanitized from the inside out following an extensive check list. The rigorous cleaning process is time consuming and costly, but 100% necessary. It ensures that our vehicles are clean and ready for transporting even your most sensitive items.

You Can Count on Dallas Courier for a Safe Delivery

In a time of vast uncertainty, our couriers remain unshaken. We know we’ve taken the proper measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19, and we are confident our safety measures will result in successful deliveries of your most sensitive products- as they always have.

We know you depend on Dallas Courier to make safe and sanitary deliveries every single day. We’ll continue to provide top notch service to clients across North Texas and outside of the Metroplex with proper caution, but without fear.

We’ll leave you with parting words from the great Charles Spurgeon:

“Anxiety does not empty tomorrow of its sorrows, but only empties today of its strength.”

Dallas Courier remains strong, committed, and available, no matter when you call on us.
