Dallas Medical Courier: Attack of the Killer Allergens!

Ah-chooo! Excuse me. Sniff, sniff. I’m having a hard time seeing the computer through my watery eyes and pile of tissues blocking the screen. It’s allergy season. Not my favorite time of the year, and I think your friendly Dallas Medical Courier would agree, spring is rough for those who suffer from allergies. This spring will be especially rough, though. Turns out all that late winter weather we had is really going to kick allergy season into high gear. Once the trees and flowers start to recover from the late freezes, they will be in a rush to pollenate, working overtime producing spores, ragweed, and pollen. While there’s nothing you can do to prevent nature from creating these allergens, there are some things you can do to ease their effects on your body. Our Dallas Medical Courier is here with some tips on how to keep allergy-free, or at least allergy reduced this season.

Dallas Specimen Courier: Water Conservation Tips

This Christmas, my family took a trip to Southern California to visit our extended relatives. As part of our journey to the West Coast, we visited the Aquarium of the Pacific. It was a pretty neat experience, minus the $30 admission ticket and $45 I spent on lunch. One thing that stuck out to me, though, was the exhibit on water conservation. Here in North Texas, home of our Dallas Specimen Courier team, we were hit with pretty strict water conservation efforts. No washing your cars unless your hose had a controlled spout. We can’t have yard fountains unless they run on recycled water. We’re told to water the lawn just once a week. There were even incentives for people to call the police if they notice their neighbors breaking the water conservation rules. Geez, talk about a nosy neighbor. The point is, whether we like it or not, there is a need to reduce the amount of water we use as North Texans, and as Americans. Dallas Specimen Courier has some great ideas to help you conserve water without making it too painful!

Dallas Pharmacy Home Delivery: Fall Home Safety

It’s finally happening. The leaves are changing colors. The sun is setting earlier and rising later. The air is cool and crisp (at least in the middle of the night). It just makes you want to throw those windows open and let in the fresh air. Which is a great idea... as long as you close them. While it is a wonderful time of the year, there are many aspects of fall that can threaten your home safety. Our Dallas Pharmacy Home Delivery has a few ways you can keep your home safe this season.

Dallas Medical Couriers: Facing the Allergies

Last Sunday morning we got to spring forward. I personally love the time change, but apparently some people take the loss of an hour pretty hard. For some, it takes about a week to recover from the hour loss. I just do not understand that but, hey some of us require more sleep than others.

Dallas Medical Couriers: Springtime Self Care

With April 15 just around the corner (aka tomorrow), chances are you are stressed, you haven’t eaten, your body is in overdrive and you are either over-eating or under-eating. Tis the season for busy-ness. Everyone in my life is running around like chickens with their heads cut off.

Dallas Delivery: Go Local!

Local is where it’s at. Back in the day, it was all about local, and at some point, we moved to big business. We went from buying from local farmers to buying at Supermarkets where we had no clue who the farmers were. Who was growing your food? Who cares! That was the mentality.
