Since I work for a Dallas medical courier team, I am always on the lookout for tips on staying healthy. By now, I am betting that all of our New Year’s resolutions to eat healthy and exercise have fallen by the wayside. Life got busy, we got lazy, and our guts grew.
It’s hard to believe, but Spring Break is right around the corner! It is exciting and scary all at the same time. It’s scary because time literally flies by. It feels like just yesterday our Dallas delivery team was celebrating Christmas here at the office!
Earlier this month (February 4th) was the annual Wear Red Day for the Go Red for Women campaign by the American Heart association. Chances are, not many of us saw much red because we were all cooped up in our houses due to the ice. But our courier Dallas team was out and about braving the snowy day, so I am sure they saw plenty of people wearing red.
I HAD A SORE THROAT.
On January 12, 2010, the world helplessly watched as Haiti was buried in rubble. The 7.0 magnitude earthquake struck the nation’s capital, Port-Au-Prince, the hardest, with aftershocks sending waves of fright throughout the country. It has been estimated that approximately three million people were impacted by the earthquake. A staggering 230,000 people were killed as a result, and countless others were left homeless, injured and without food or water.
In any case, I love Christmas Eve. Talk about joy! Talk about exciting! Everyone is hoping to awake Christmas morning to a mound of gifts and stockings stuffed to the brim. Our Dallas medical couriers, Dallas legal couriers and Dallas route courier team are just the same. We are all anxiously waiting for tomorrow morning.
